Refund and Return Policy
1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The return period begins from the date of delivery.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@lifefinewater.com or call (555) 123-4567. You will need to provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@lifefinewater.com.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@lifefinewater.com or call (555) 123-4567. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-designed water filtration systems
- Filter cartridges that have been used or opened
- Products with tamper-evident seals that have been broken
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at returns@lifefinewater.com and we will guide you through the process.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund and return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
