Warranty and Service Policy
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
Lifefine Technology warrants that our services will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period specified for each service. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
Warranty periods by service category:
- Whole House Water Filtration Systems: 10 years
- Under-Sink Water Filters: 5 years
- Countertop Water Filters: 3 years
- Replacement Filter Cartridges: 90 days
- Water Testing Kits: 1 year
- Accessories and Parts: 1 year
2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your Lifefine Technology service. If a valid claim is made during the warranty period, we will, at our option:
- Repair the service at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts
- Replace the service with a new or refurbished service
- Provide a partial or full refund of the purchase price
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper installation
- Damage caused by improper maintenance or lack of recommended maintenance
- Services that have been modified or altered
- Normal wear and tear, including filter cartridge replacement
- Water conditions that exceed the service specifications
- Damage caused by acts of nature such as floods, fires, or earthquakes
- Services purchased from unauthorized dealers
4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
- Service model number
- Description of the defect or issue
- Your contact information
Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty process and provide instructions for returning the service if necessary.
5. Service and Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential for optimal performance and longevity of your water filtration system. We recommend:
- Replacing filter cartridges according to the recommended schedule
- Annual inspection of all system components
- Professional servicing every 3-5 years depending on the system

7. Limitation of Liability
